We try to share the same attention and philosophy we have towards our beers to our menu. We believe that fresh products are the key to a delicious meal. In that respect, we buy local products whenever possible in order to reduce transport and to participate in the local economy. At the Brasseurs du Temps, our customers have the right to taste the freshest and most flavoursome products available.
Please note that the Brasseurs du Temps is licensed for alcohol consumption (bar and functions) and that our customers must be aged 18 years and older APART FROM a designated 32 seat area for the purpose of accomodating under 18s. Please make sure you mention there will be children present in your party when booking a reservation.
