This hard to pronounce name belongs to chief pontiac of the outaouais tribe (1720-1769). We have attributed it to this aboriginal beer made with fresh hops from pontiac. Its floral scent, with whiffs of wheat, apricot and chlorophyll, gently flirts with the soft aroma of honey. A subtle bitterness slowly develops on the palate and sticks to the malt flavor before detaching itself ina spirited finale.
