Our mission at Les Brasseurs du Temps is to produce beer with top quality ingredients and we promise that only the best beer will make it into your glass.

Our modern beers are crafted with a creative flair and an eye out for exotic aromas and enchanting mouthfeel.

We also craft traditional beers in age-old brewing traditions. We are comitted to cook with available regional products and to contribute to our local economy. In doing so we endeavor to participate in sustainable agriculture and development.

Montréal High Lights

This coming weekend at the MONTREAL HIGH LIGHTS Festival, TEAM OUTAOUAIS will take over the mezzanine level of the Jean-Talon Market to treat festivalgoers and shoppers to a taste of the Outaouais region, its producers and its culinary expertise.

On the menu: delightful discoveries, gourmet tastings and mouth-watering cooking demonstrations, served up live in the OUTAOUAIS, BITE INTO IT space, nestled on the mezzanine level of the Jean‑Talon Market, Saturday, February 18 and Sunday, February 19, from 9 am to 5 pm.

Over the course of the weekend, 10 Outaouais region producers and transformers will invite foodies and families to taste the delights that have made the area’s reputation, in a friendly and flavourful setting!

Irish Bastards on December 31st!

Travel to the heart of Ireland with this lively quartet that is sure to raise the rafters of the BDT. Let the party begin!

These four talented and energetic musicians will treat you to a range of music from Celtic to traditional Quebec music and bluegrass. The Irish Bastards are Jean-Philippe Goupil (voice, guitar, tenor banjo), Dylan Perron (banjo and voice), Lisa Demay (violin and voice) and Alexandre Veillette (mandolin, voice, guitar and podorhythm). These musicians, from different parts of Quebec, have only been playing together for a year, but they are all experienced and recognized musicians in their own right.

It’s a show with an Irish flavour and especially Irish drinking songs, with influences including The Dubliners, The Pogues, The Chieftains, The Irish Rover and The Planxty. But they can’t resist the rich roots of music from Quebec and America, and offer up a few home-style jigs with a tinge of bluegrass. It’s all their way of getting their audience up singing and dancing and laughing – and the audience at Les Brasseurs du Temps will be no exception!

JAMES HILL’s ukulele technique will amaze you as will the out of-the-ordinary duo of Hill (ukulele) and Davison (cello).
